About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Professional Development
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • CPR Certificate.
    • First Aid Certificate.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
