Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Department Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance of customer service representatives, providing feedback, coaching, and discipline as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
