Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and Preparing Communications Materials: You will be responsible for gathering and preparing communications materials to assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Addressing Customer Complaints and Concerns: You will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing Information and Support: You will be responsible for providing information and support to customers, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining Records and Statistics: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions.
  • Performing General Office Duties: You will be responsible for performing general office duties, including administrative tasks and data entry.
Requirements
  • Education: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: You must have knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Quick Books, and Spreadsheet software.
  • Security and Safety: You must have a basic security clearance, be bondable, and have a criminal record check.
  • Personal Suitability: You must have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: You will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: The language of work is English.
