We're hiring multiple full-time Business Development Managers to join our team in downtown Vancouver. Your primary role will be to engage recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises and recommend suitable solutions from our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects through multitouch approaches while meeting sales targets
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Manage pricing discussions, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Lead qualified software demos with product specialists
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs

About You

To qualify, you'll have proven sales experience and have worked in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). We recognize that the ideal candidate may take time to build up, but don't worry, our extensive training program will get you where you need to be.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • A solutions-focused sales strategy that meets clients' needs
  • Ability to influence and balance client expectations smoothly
