Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare meeting minutes, maintain office supplies, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
