About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
