Job Description

MYRA Systems Corp. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technical services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
