Job Description

MYRA Systems Corp. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of computer systems and software
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
