Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the company\u2019s overall strategy
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters
* Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address talent management and development needs
* Analyze and interpret human resources data to inform business decisions
* Develop and manage budgets for human resources-related initiatives

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources leadership or management
* Proven track record of developing and implementing effective human resources strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze and interpret human resources data
