We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of organizational development principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition and development strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and communicate organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and organizational development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
