About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at Imperial Shake Co Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and implementing policies and programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive human resources plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and development of top talent to drive business growth and success.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Design and implement competitive benefits and compensation packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, and drive business performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
