Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Imperial Shake Co Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters
  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fill critical positions
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
    • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address employee concerns
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Develop and implement competitive benefits and compensation packages
    • Collaborate with finance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR leadership role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
