Human Resources Manager Integrated Talent Management

About the Role:
The City of Maple Ridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our Integrated Talent Management team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR programs and services to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, training, and development programs.
- Champion equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, including talent acquisition, instructional design, and project management.
- Strong business acumen and technical skills, including HRIS and social recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present confidently and professionally.
