As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with our business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
* Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
* Staff recruitment and selection
* Human resource planning and development

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
