About the Role

As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of our organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Design and implement effective talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.

Requirements
