Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

This position is part of ABB's Measurement & Analytics division, which is a leading manufacturer and supplier of smart instrumentation and analyzers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to external customers, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership, and showcasing your expertise to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, and external teams.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request.
  • Keep customers proactively informed on issue status based on inputs received and clarify their doubts.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Instrumentation and Analytical Products.
  • Experience in quoting technical products based on full cost model.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Market with regards to Instrumentation and Analytical Products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/SAP/AutoCad (a good asset).
  • College or University related studies.
