Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Joe Apps Technology Support. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, resolving issues with computer systems and software, and implementing solutions to prevent future problems.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues with computer systems and software
  • Consult technical manuals and user guides to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and advice to clients on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to clients
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Provide customer service
  • Manage incidents

  • No supervision responsibility

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Initiative, judgement, and time management skills
