At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our computer systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
