Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to perform their duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
