Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide expert guidance and training to users on various software applications and systems

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-6 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
