Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


At PeopleToGo, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person.


- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.


- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to technical problems.


- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.


Requirements:


- Relevant post-secondary education in IT or related field.


- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.


- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Exchange.


- Experience working with Hyper-V and Linux is an asset.
