Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


At PeopleToGo, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person


- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner


- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems


- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base


Requirements:


- Relevant post-secondary education in IT or a related field


- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role


- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Exchange


- Experience working with Hyper-V and Linux is an asset
