Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge, ON. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, creating and managing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Communicate manufacturing schedules to customers, ensuring they have the necessary information to plan production.
  • Maintain and update customer delivery schedules, communicating any changes or updates as needed.
  • Assist the shipping department with freight communication and customs documentation.
  • Update customers on product forecasts and status, confirming accuracy and completeness of purchase orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Visual Manufacturing or Infor VISUAL ERP software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
