We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Manufacturing Technician to join our team at RMA Technologies Inc. in [Location]. This is a full-time position that requires excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Job Description

As a Senior Electronics Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs). You will work closely with our production team to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Soldering and manually assembling various electronic components on PCBs
  • Operating automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, solder, and clean prescribed components on PCBs
  • Checking final assemblies for finish, labeling, and packaging methods
  • Inspecting mechanical dimensions and performing go-no-go electrical tests
  • Cleaning work areas and identifying acceptable and defective assemblies
  • Performing simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
