At itec group Inc., we're seeking a seasoned External Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding top-tier talent for one of our prestigious clients in the Advanced Manufacturing industry.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for full-cycle recruitment. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with hiring managers to confirm job requirements and skill needs, aligning recruitment strategies with the client's organizational goals. You'll also conduct full recruitment cycles, including applications, resume screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct thorough recruitment cycles, from initial application to onboarding new hires
  • Facilitate job offers and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to client policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with external recruitment resources as needed to manage workloads and meet recruitment targets
  • Support apprenticeship and co-op programs by facilitating internal selections, coordinating external opportunities, and representing the client at job fairs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
