Job Overview

This key role will provide leadership for the development and execution of our Life Sciences services strategy to one or more of our key Life Sciences accounts in Ireland. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, project management experience, customer relationship development skills, and the ability to influence without authority.

  1. Coordinate global after-sales & service resources to successfully execute strategic objectives within defined key accounts.
  2. Develop comprehensive Life Cycle Support strategies with customers for all their assets.
  3. Lead proactive aftermarket interventions to ensure continuous performance improvements.
  4. Drive new after-sales opportunities at designated accounts, including proposal vetting and solution development.
  5. Execute all aftermarket services via regional services teams worldwide.
  6. Serve as an aftersales escalation point of contact for corporate leadership.
  7. Become an expert on industrial automation systems, customer application needs, life cycle support strategies, and standard service products.
  8. Develop and maintain dashboards of customer asset bases and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) performance.
  9. Schedule regular program reviews with customers' sites to review performance, open issues, and update on agreed-upon actions.
  10. Monitor and coordinate global internal ATS support for field teams during onsite activities.
  11. Drive resolution to outstanding issues from Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) or program reviews.
  12. Collaborate with division and regional service teams to facilitate successful onsite execution, achieving on-time, on-budget, and OEE improvement goals.
  13. Evaluate industry and market trends to help develop relevant after-sales and service solutions.
Key Requirements

A post-secondary diploma, degree, or certificate specializing in a technical field is required. Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and service relationship management in an automated manufacturing environment is essential. Proficiency in English, written and oral, is mandatory. Excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects are crucial.
