We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Cambridge, ON.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Visual Manufacturing or Infor VISUAL ERP software, with experience in purchase orders, delivery scheduling, and data entry of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for orders and deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Visual Manufacturing or Infor VISUAL ERP software
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Location

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity located in Cambridge, ON. The successful candidate must be available to work Monday-Friday and be willing to relocate to Cambridge if necessary.
