Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing ERP Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior teams to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Set and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Develop training materials and train staff on configured solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and risks, reporting to senior teams.
  • Identify and document change requests.
  • Configure software to meet solution design specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support following go-live.
Requirements:
  • Implementation experience with enterprise software solutions.
  • Project management skills and/or customer training expertise.
  • Understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Able to influence and negotiate with internal and client staff.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively at all levels.
  • College-level diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP modules in Engineer-to-Order Manufacturing environments.
