Revenue Management Lead

AccorHotel is seeking a skilled Revenue Management Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will support the Director of Revenue Management in improving and maintaining data quality efforts in all areas of revenue reporting. This includes system maintenance tasks such as rate loading, inventory management, and content management. The role also involves special projects related to Revenue Management and developing a training curriculum for future Revenue Management leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accuracy of information and data, creating automation efforts in reporting tools.
- Assist in preparing competitive analysis and supporting documents for presentation at revenue meetings or required reporting.
- Generate and update Revenue Management reports accurately, serving as the primary link for reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team.
- Assist in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term projections.
- Manage availability rates and inventory in all channels, communicating strategies and restrictions to operations teams.
- Maintain rate parity across all channels, collaborating with the sales team on follow-up processes for repeat offenders.
- Perform system maintenance, including rate loading, restriction management, and monitoring forecasted demand.
- Aid in content management in electronic channels, liaising with the hotel Marketing team to ensure regular updates of images and descriptions.
- Maintain close relationships with GRC to keep the call center up-to-date on hotel information.
- Manage relationships with the Distribution System Support team, handling technical tickets and loading request follow-ups.
- Support special projects within Revenue Management and Distribution focused on uncovering new revenue opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Presents a professional and polished appearance.
- Effectively deals with guests and other team members.
- Previous reservation experience highly preferred.
- Experience with Ideas RMS Opera PMS Passkey Delphi or Opera Sales and Catering preferred.
- Possesses being organized and multitasking.
- Ability to complete work within given deadlines.
- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and protects company assets.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
