Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Manager

At Rewind Software, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Optimization: Architect, optimize, and maintain sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish systems and processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.
  • Customer Support Analysis: Analyze Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
  • Technology Stack Management: Manage and optimize our CRM (Salesforce), along with a robust technology stack including Sweep, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack, and more.
  • Data Infrastructure: Own the data infrastructure and ensure all systems are integrated and functioning properly to support seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks, reporting, and insights used for key internal meetings, OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board, and Team meetings.
  • Revenue Operations Trends: Remain educated on Revenue operations trends and best practices, inclusive of implementing AI to optimize personal, team, and company efficiency.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data consistency and be a key contributor to the annual planning/modeling process.
  • Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead strategic projects related to scaling operations, process automation, or system integrations.
Qualifications:
  • Revenue Operations Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvements in a high-growth company.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI/Analytics platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
