Revenue Management Analyst

As a key member of the AccorHotel Commercial Strategy team, the Revenue Management Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Revenue Management in driving hotel revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the accuracy of information and data, and create automation efforts in reporting tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and supporting documents for revenue meetings and reporting.
  • Generate and update Revenue Management reports, serving as the primary link for reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team.
  • Assist in the monthly forecasting process and creation of the annual budget and marketing plan documents.
  • Manage availability rates and inventory in all channels, communicating strategies and restrictions to operations teams.
  • Ensure rate parity across all channels, collaborating with the sales team to address repeat offenders.
  • Perform system maintenance, including rate loading, restrictions management, and monitoring forecasted demand.
  • Aid in content management in electronic channels, liaising with the hotel Marketing team to ensure regular updates of hotel information.
  • Maintain close relationships with GRC to ensure the call center is up-to-date on hotel information.
  • Manage relationships with Distribution System Support teams, technical tickets, and loading request follow-ups.
  • Support special projects within Revenue Management and Distribution focused on uncovering new revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dynamic and can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Presents a professional and polished appearance.
  • Effectively deals with guests and other team members.
  • Previous reservation experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with Ideas RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering preferred.
  • Possessing the trait of being organized and multitasking.
  • Ability to complete work within given deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
