Revenue Management Analyst

As a key member of the AccorHotel Commercial Strategy team, the Revenue Management Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Revenue Management in driving revenue growth and improving data quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate information and data, creating automation efforts in reporting tools, and preparing competitive analysis and supporting documents for revenue meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accuracy of information and data, and create/enhance automation efforts in reporting tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at revenue meetings.
  • Generate and update all Revenue Management reports, serving as the primary link for reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team.
  • Assist in the monthly forecasting process and creation of the annual budget and marketing plan documents.
  • Manage availability rates and inventory in all channels, and communicate strategies and restrictions to operations teams.
  • Responsible for maintaining rate parity across all channels, collaborating with the sales team regarding follow-up processes for repeat offenders.
  • Assist with system maintenance, including rate loading, restrictions management, monitoring forecasted demand, and running daily system checks.
  • Aid in content management in electronic channels, liaising with the hotel Marketing team to ensure regular updates of images and descriptions of hotel room brands, outlets, and services.
  • Maintain close relationships with GRC to ensure the call center is up-to-date on the hotel's information at all times.
  • Manage relationships with Distribution System Support teams, manage technical tickets, and loading request follow-ups.
  • Support special projects within Revenue Management and Distribution focused on uncovering new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dynamic and can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Presents a professional and polished appearance.
  • Effectively deals with guests and other team members.
  • Previous reservation experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with Ideas RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering preferred.
  • Possessing the trait of being organized and multitasking.
  • Ability to complete work within given deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Work Environment:
