Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, the Revenue Management Analyst plays a key role in supporting the hotel’s Commercial Strategy team with data analysis and reporting. The primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy of revenue data and create automation efforts in reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain data accuracy and create automation efforts in reporting tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and supporting documents for revenue meetings.
  • Generate and update revenue reports, serving as the primary link for reporting needs.
  • Assist in the monthly forecasting process and creation of the annual budget and marketing plan documents.
  • Manage availability rates and inventory in all channels and communicate strategies to operations teams.
  • Maintain rate parity across all channels and collaborate with the sales team on follow-up processes.
  • Assist with system maintenance, including rate loading restrictions management and monitoring forecasted demand.
  • Aid in content management and liaise with the hotel Marketing team to ensure regular updates.
