About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Rewind Software. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and guide cross-functional teams.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing valuable insights and implementing best practices to shape the company's revenue growth and overall success. You will support the Revenue organization, specifically the Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Support functions, while working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Architect, optimize, and maintain sales processes and workflows for lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
  • Partner Relationship Management
    • Establish systems and processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.
  • Customer Support Analysis
    • Analyze Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
  • CRM and Technology Management
    • Manage and optimize the CRM (Salesforce) and a robust technology stack, including Sweep, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack, and more.
  • Data Infrastructure
    • Owning the data infrastructure and ensuring all systems are integrated and functioning properly to support seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
  • Reporting and Insights
    • Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
  • Process Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks, reporting, and insights used for key internal meetings, OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board, and Team meetings.
  • Revenue Operations Trends and Best Practices
    • Remain educated on Revenue operations trends and best practices, inclusive of implementing AI to optimize personal, team, and company efficiency.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
    • Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data consistency and be a key contributor to the annual planning/modeling process.
  • Culture of Operational Excellence
    • Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Strategic Projects
    • Lead strategic projects related to scaling operations, process automation, or system integrations.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvements in a high-growth company.

    • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics.

    • High proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI/Analytics platforms.
  • Analytical Skills
    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Project Management
    • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Location: Ottawa or Toronto Office

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
