Rewind is a cloud data protection service that empowers businesses to safeguard their critical data. As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and workflows, ensuring seamless lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
  • Establish and maintain partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking, to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Analyze customer support data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality, ensuring a world-class customer experience.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM (Salesforce) and technology stack, ensuring integration and data flow to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
  • Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging data to produce insights and recommendations for key internal meetings, OKRs, QBRs, and Board meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Data, to ensure data consistency and contribute to the annual planning and modeling process.
  • Lead strategic projects related to scaling operations, process automation, or system integrations, driving business growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI/Analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a Series A, B, or later stage SaaS company.
  • Salesforce Certified (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
