Revenue Operations Manager

At Rewind Software, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
- Establish and maintain systems and processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.
- Analyze Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
- Manage and optimize our CRM (Salesforce) and technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
- Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging data to produce insights used for key internal meetings, OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board, and Team meetings.
- Stay up-to-date on Revenue operations trends and best practices, implementing AI to optimize personal, team, and company efficiency.
- Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data consistency and contribute to the annual planning/modeling process.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Lead strategic projects related to scaling operations, process automation, or system integrations.
- At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics.
- High proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI/Analytics platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
