Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining work records and logs, and receiving and issuing payments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: General office environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organization, teamwork, ability to multitask, and effective time management.
