We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at Skyworld Travel Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining work records and logs, and receiving and issuing payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: General office environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organization, teamwork, ability to multitask, and effective time management.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
