$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This role will involve providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing professional reception services, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries;
- Facilitating sub-contractor registration and orientation;
- Tracking service requests and creating daily work orders;
- Managing lost and found items and tracking boardroom bookings;
- Maintaining operational binders and updating office spreadsheets;
- Providing vacation relief and backup to other team members when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 2-3 years administration/reception experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills;
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
