Office Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
The Coordinator, Region Office Operations, serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients of IG Wealth Management. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, managing inquiries, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
Essential Duties Include:
- Welcoming clients at reception, handling incoming calls, and maintaining inventory
- Mail and courier receipt, preparation, and distribution
- Meeting room arrangement, technology setup, office equipment maintenance, and facilities review
- Providing support and resources to the Consultant network and their teams
- Onboarding new members, assisting system training, and offering escalation support
- Performing other administrative duties as required by the Manager, Region Office Operations
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years of administrative and reception experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Post-secondary education in a business discipline
- Strong skills in client service orientation, accountability, communication, teamwork, discretion, and business/technical skills
Requirements

- Discretion and ability to organize and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
