Office Services Coordinator

At Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily reception relief and backup
Order, unpack, and restock office and kitchen supplies
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the premises
Provide photocopying, binding, and scanning services to lawyers and support staff
Process regular and registered mail, including mail sorting and internal mail delivery
Track and process incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
Prepare coffee and other beverages for meetings
Requirements:
High school diploma
Ability to lift 15kgs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Prior mailroom experience is required
Experience in a reception or similar position is required
