Veterinary Reception Coordinator

Clinical Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Veterinary Reception Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, AB.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills to make a significant difference in the lives of pets and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing top-notch customer service to clients and their pets
- Scheduling appointments, admitting, and discharging pet patients
- Invoicing, billing, creating estimates, and processing payments
- Recommending products and services, including prescriptions
- Answering questions regarding animal care and non-medical pet health
- Maintaining cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas, and common spaces
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or customer-facing role
- Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Assistant Office Administration (VAOA) program certificate an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
