Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Record and relay information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling and Invoicing: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, and perform other related administrative tasks.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. We are open to training the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a health care institution, facility, or clinic.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
