The Government of Northwest Territories is committed to delivering exceptional public services. As an Adjudication Advisor, you will play a vital role in fostering positive employer-employee relations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide expert advice on employment contract administration, dispute management, employee discipline, and human rights in the workplace. Your recommendations will be crucial in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and government policies.

In this critical role, you will work closely with management to resolve complex issues, contributing to the development of government policy and legislation in the area of employment relations.

Typical Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial relations, or commerce.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, including at least 1 year as a labour relations officer or a human resource generalist.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

This position is classified under the ES classification and is subject to the GNWT Pension Plan.
