About the Role

The Booking Coordinator/Administrative Assistant will perform moderately complex administrative work, covering a broad range of duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedules and coordinates Intervention Services for Deafblind Individuals.
  • Assists the Manager in allocating resources.
  • Performs administrative duties including service tracking, benchmarking, report writing, note-taking, etc.
  • Provides backup coverage for Receptionist.
  • Prepares correspondence, mailings, and filing duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent ASL skills and experience working with Deafblind individuals.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, including word processing and database management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maturity, professionalism, and a solid team player attitude.
