Sales Executive

At Slalom, we're seeking a passionate Sales Executive to build Public Sector & Health and Utilities market presence by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities.
Sales Executives serve Slalom's clients as a trusted partner, building long-lasting relationships and executing customized business plans, listening and solutioning on key issues to help drive sales and facilitate a consistent pursuit process to grow towards more predictable and sustainable sales.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with BC / AB Public Sector, and a depth of sales experience with management consulting, modern technologies, platforms, and techniques (MSFT products, cloud, CRM/Salesforce, data and analytics).
Responsibilities include growing our Slalom presence in the B.C. and Western Canada Public Sector & Health and Utilities market through generating, shaping, and capturing leads in key accounts for all Slalom capabilities and solutions.
Key qualifications include a collaborative, innovative, and humble approach to working as part of an industry team that is focused on growing Slalom's impact within Public Sector & Health and Utilities.
Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with some of our clients' most senior executives, leveraging client relationships to shape and respond to key account RFxs (RFPs/RFQs, etc.), and driving sales activity and support proposal responses in partnership with the account teams, capability leaders, and other Slalom team members.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary pay range of $106k to $138k, discretionary quarterly and annual bonuses, and a range of benefits, including medical and dental benefits, life and AD&D insurance, and access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Inkblot Therapy.
