Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Executive at Marriott International, you will serve as the on-property liaison for group sales, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for contracting and closing group business, conducting site inspections, and verifying business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve group revenue goals by responding to incoming group/catering opportunities and negotiating contracts.
- Develop and implement a group sales/marketing plan to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
- Partner with the sales team to identify new group/catering business and achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Execute and support Marriott's Customer Service Standards and hotel's Brand Standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
- Preferred: Large group sales experience.
What We Offer
Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer, committed to non-discrimination on any protected basis. We offer a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $126,000 annually, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
