Strategic Education Partnership Development Manager

Rosedale International Education, a leader in K-12 transformative global education, seeks a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth through strategic partnership development.
About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Education Solution Sales, Global Markets will be responsible for acquiring and managing partnerships with international high schools, public high schools, and university pathway providers in global markets.
- Promote Rosedale's comprehensive education solutions to overseas partners, leveraging expertise in K-12 education and university pathways in a global context.
- Develop and implement strategies for partnership acquisition and revenue growth in designated markets.
- Manage a robust partner acquisition pipeline, support student enrollment initiatives, and achieve annual revenue targets.
- Minimum 7 years of management experience in education solution sales at K-12 or post-secondary level, with proven sales performance meeting or beyond target.
- Deep understanding of K-12 international education in global markets and pathways to universities.
- Strong business acumen, creativity, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and proficient in working with various stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- University degree and leadership/team management skills.
A competitive package with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits. This role may involve domestic and international travel to events and conferences.
Work EnvironmentThis is a remote/work-from-home position with occasional visits to the corporate office for collaborative work and international partner school/higher education delegation visits.
