At NorQuest College, we're seeking a Strategic Human Resources Consultant to co-create exceptional and inclusive employee experiences and organizational outcomes through proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented partnership and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with clients across the college to provide consultative support on HR issues.
- Support the implementation of effective people and talent management approaches and processes.
- Facilitate and support the process of evaluating new positions and assessing positions submitted for classification review.
- Provide guidance on Collective Agreements, Policies, Procedures, Terms and Conditions of Employment, and relevant legislative frameworks.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience as an HR generalist using a business partner approach.
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred.
- Experience working within a post-secondary or public organization is desired.
- An estimated salary range of $87,095 - $108,899 reflective of your education and experience.
- A full-time permanent position with access to our great pension and benefit programs.
