Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000, plus 100% employer-paid extended benefits - health and dental.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of HR standards, regulations, and best practices. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, short-list selection, and onboarding new employees, as well as developing plans for key role replacement.
The successful candidate will also establish performance evaluation processes and systems, ensuring regular assessments are conducted in a manner that promotes employee growth.
Affordability starts at $120,000.
Another key responsibility will be to assist managers and directors in identifying skill gaps and organizing training programs to enhance employee competencies and career development.
In addition, the candidate will ensure all HR practices comply with local, provincial, and federal employment laws and regulations.
The strategic HR leader will design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
This individual will develop, update, and enforce best-practice-informed HR policies and procedures.
The role also involves preparing and managing the HR department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, as well as collaborating with senior management to contribute to business strategy from an HR perspective.
Last but not least, the successful candidate will lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's Degree (Preferred): An advanced degree such as a Master's in Human Resource Management or an MBA is often preferred and can enhance strategic understanding.
- Comprehensive understanding of local, provincial, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other relevant software tools.
