About the Role:
As a Strategic Human Resources Leader at GoodMorning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce strategies to drive business objectives.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of HR standards, regulations, and best practices. The successful candidate will create and continuously improve policies, processes, and systems that support our workforce in achieving success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align HR policies, projects, and programs with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, short-list selection, and coordination of onboarding of new employees and develop plans for key role replacement.
  • Establish performance evaluation processes and systems, and ensure regular assessments are conducted in a manner that promotes employee growth.
  • Assist managers and directors in identifying skill gaps, and organize training programs to enhance employee competencies and career development.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local, provincial, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Develop, update, and enforce best-practice-informed HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with senior management to contribute to business strategy from an HR perspective.
  • Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Implement health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Implement and manage HR information systems to improve efficiency and data management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • A Master's Degree (Preferred): An advanced degree such as a Master's in Human Resource Management or an MBA is often preferred and can enhance strategic understanding.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local, provincial, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other relevant software tools.

Compensation Package:
We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive 100% employer-paid extended benefits - health and dental.
